Stockton is '2'!

Okay, so Stockton's birthday was May 7th and I am just now getting around to this. Happy Birthday! He was so excited for his birthday. Grandma Leishman brought him these balloons and he went screaming down the hall, "boons, boons, boons!" as soon as she walked in the door. He knew exactly what was going on and loved opening the presents. Caleb and Mya were so good to help him, but let him do it. He was a little nervous about the candle blowing, but we made it! We love you!!!!!

The New Easter Outfits!

So we had to wait for almost a month after Easter to wear the new Easter outfits! Mya has been waiting to wear her princess dress since the day it came in the mail. I was sick the week before Easter, so no church, Easter was conference and I wouldn't let her wear her dress to the picnic at grandma's, the next week was spring break and St. George, so finally, the day was here!!!!!!

Aren't they just precious???

Baby Animal Day

Baby Animal Day at the Heritage Center (The Historical Farm) is always so fun. We got to go with Carrie's ward this year and it was much less hectic. The kids had a ball, they didn't have to fight the crowds to see the animals. They got to hold the bunnies, ducks, chicks and pet the cows and brush the horses. Is was a great way to start off the spring season!

Mya, Aspen and Avrie taking a break in the wagon.

Aspen, Mya and Anna bonding with the baby cow.

Stockton give a gentle touch.

Quack, quack, quack......

We will always love the goats!!!!

Waiting patiently for their turn to hold the bunny.

So soft!!!

Mya

I found this Martina McBride (My Daughter's Eyes) song on the playlist site and I thought the words were great. I am so lucky to have all my kids, and I am blessed with sons and a daughter. I think these words could go for either one. I hope that I am a hero in my kids eyes. I think about it all the time and what my kids will remember most about me. I work on it everyday.

Mya is my little angel. She is my princess. I love her love for life and learning. Everything is a new adventure. She loves to play and it doesn't matter who she plays with. She will talk to anybody and make a friend of everyone. She loves her brothers. She plays and wrestles with Caleb and is a little mother to Stockton.

Mya has her dad wrapped around her finger. There is just something about a daughter and her daddy. Craig would do anything for each of his kids, but there is something special between Mya and her dad.

I am excited for her future and the young woman she will become. I hope she carries some of her innocence with her as she grows. I hope she remains strong and true to herself. Caleb, Mya and Stockton are all part of our future and I am grateful they are mine to raise and I hope I can teach them the things they need to know and to be strong for all their friends and peers.
